At Skyline, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Here’s a breakdown of our warranty and maintenance policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind:

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original paperwork attached.

EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

Skyline will not accept returns and issue refunds for any of the following caused by:

  • Accident Abuse Misuse Misapplication
  • Do not expose your Skyline products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to: Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, Salt Water Spas
  • Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Skyline product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Skyline product.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@skylinegems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges depending on the reason for your return. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
